MANUFACTURE

Timber frames and I-beams

Our main products are carcass house panels made of timber and I-Beam frame and insulation sandwich.

We manufacture I-BEAMS for use in general construction. Every beam is projected and produced for the specific panel of the building depending on the load the panel has to carry. The advantages of I-beams are their strength capacity, adjustment to the ambient environmental conditions and longevity of construction.

Our I-BEAMS comprise a timber flange made of solid timber and a panel product web made of OSB (oriented strand board). The OSB is secured to the solid timber by weatherproof structural adhesive (silicone). Such construction is resistant to bending and shear, can have longer spans and is of light weight. It is easier to install plumbing and ventilation systems, also wiring in the panels with I-beams. In comparison to solid timber beams, I-beams are:

• More precise structures
• Structures with wider applications
• Strong and stiff structures
• Structures of a range of required sizes
• Economical, they reduce the use of solid timber by 50%
• Light and easy to handle without the need for costly handling equipment
• Ecological, the main product web—OSB—is a recycled product

Guarantee

All non-exposed supporting constructions come with a standard 10 year guarantee for workmanship. All construction and installation works come with a 5 year guarantee.

Insurance

Your house is insured from the moment we start to build it until it is delivered or built, depending on contract. You should then arrange your own insurance.

Prices start from 650-800 € per 1 square meter.
