The apartment has one bedroom 8m² with double bed 160cm, kitchen 7m², bathroom 2m² and dressing room. There is baby bed and chair for feeding child up to 3 years old in the apartment (please request in advance). There is a free parking space in the house yard(should be ordered beforehand). This apartment is suitable for 1-2 persons(family).

Bathroom: Shower, WC, hairdrier.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker,

kettle, pans & pots, kitchen utensils, complimentary tea & coffee, salt & sugar.

The apartment is located in the city center on a quiet Sugise street. It is a 10- to 12-minute walk away from Toompea Castle and the Town Hall Square in the heart of the old town, and just a 7-minute walk away from the train station. It is 2 stops by bus to Vabaduse Square, the main square of Tallinn. A 4-star hotel Meriton Grand Hotel and hotel L’ Ermitage are located nearby. The Tallinn city tour bus stop is just 200 m away (excursions in English, German). Aqua and Sauna Center of the "Meriton" Hotel is located just 50 m away (aqua and sauna centre facilities include a variety of different saunas and pools).
