This house is a historical building of the 19th century. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation in fabulous location. This spacious apartment of 70 sq.m is located on the 2nd floor. The historical house has no elevator. Apartment has been recently refurbished and offers high quality accommodation.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. One has a large double bed and spare mattress, clothes drawers and large
wardrobe, bedside lamp.The other has a comfortable double sofa bed and spare mattress, drawers etc.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with Oven,stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and plates.
There is also a very nice living room area with sofa, coffee table, chairs and cable television.
Finally there is a modern bathroom with toilet and sink,washing machine.
The apartment is fully secure and gas heating means warmth all year round.
The apartment is located in the centre just 10 minutes walk from Old Town, or 2 tram stops otherwise. There are plenty of shops and bars nearby inc.24 hour shop on the street.
